Role

We’re seeking a Marketing Specialist . This role is designed for a strategic and creative marketing professional who can strengthen the brand presence of both the Real Estate and Construction divisions. You’ll play a key role in driving social media growth, analyzing market trends, and providing insights that directly support acquisitions, sales, and client engagement.

Location: Must be in Colombia – Remote.

Environment: Colombian and International Teams.

Language: Advanced English (B2/C1+).

Timezone: Monday to Friday – 8:00 am to 5:00 pm EST.

Contract: Non-fixed Term Colombian Contract.

Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing, preferably within real estate, construction, or related industries.
  • Skills: Strong knowledge of social media platforms, analytics, and digital marketing trends. Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Suite, or similar design tools. Excellent copywriting, storytelling, and communication skills. Analytical mindset to assess data and ROI.
  • Characteristics: Creative, results-driven, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Strong collaboration and organizational skills.
Responsibilities
  • Create, manage, and publish engaging content across social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, etc.).
  • Develop and execute campaigns highlighting real estate projects, construction updates, and company milestones.
  • Track market and competitor trends, providing actionable insights for differentiation.
  • Generate weekly and monthly marketing reports, including social media analytics, engagement rates, and ROI.
  • Create marketing materials (flyers, videos, newsletters, brochures, and presentations) ensuring consistent branding across channels.
  • Collaborate with acquisitions, sales, and construction teams to design targeted campaigns that drive qualified leads.
  • Work with leadership to align long-term marketing strategies with business growth goals.
  • Partner with external creatives (photographers, videographers, designers) when necessary.
