Responsibilities Provide pre- and post-sales technical support activities for BIM solutions, focused on Architecture, Engineering & Construction. Pre-sales duties include demonstrating the company products to potential prospects/customers at their site or remotely. Provide comprehensive demonstrations, understand customers’ requirements, and provide solutions from the company’s solutions and services. Answer customers’ questions relating to products, competitive products, and technical issues related to product integration in the customer’s environment. Conduct competition tracking and benchmarking. Must Have Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a related discipline in design/build/engineering specialties. Knowledge of BIM is essential. Excellent proficiency and strong command of spoken English and business writing skills. Nice to Have Willingness to learn new solutions and technologies. Hands-on experience in the AEC industry is an advantage. Pleasant personality with excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Strong analytical skills. Highly creative and autonomous.
