Overview

Field Sales Specifiers for Consultants/Design Firms – Cross BU function focusing on Designers, Consultants, and Influencers to drive the Schneider Electric Brand. Products include MCCB, ACB, contactors, LV Equipment’s & Busways, VFD, Meters, Capacitors, Signaling products, UPS, MV Products and Solutions. Develop strategies and build high-level relationships with Influencers to specify SE products to increase the hit rate of securing projects from the concept and design stage.

Reporting to: Specifier Leader.

Responsibilities
  • Develop a high level of relationship with Influencers and offer solutions using Schneider Electric product lines. Conduct product and solutions presentations highlighting SE product advantages to assure brand preference.
  • Increase hit rate and gain market share of products through partner channels; retain existing SE brand ambassadors and influencers, and convert industry influencers to SE advocates.
  • Maintain high motivation to succeed by understanding market players and dynamics.
  • Assist in the selection of key project players.
  • Develop and execute strategies to win projects within Schneider Electric policies.
  • Assist in market analysis to drive business growth.
  • Drive spec-in for projects in the design stage.
  • Engage influencers/consultants through value selling and act as a consultant to influencers and designers.
Qualifications

Education: University degree in Electrical Engineering, or Electronics Engineering with experience in auxiliary systems and electrical systems.

Working Experience: 5-7 years in the Electrical Engineering Industry with a high level of relationship with Designer Firms, Consultants and Electrical Engineering Practitioners. Well versed in IEC standards.
