Sales & Beauty Consultant | Mandarin Speaking

As a key representative of the clinic, the Sales & Beauty Consultant plays a vital role in delivering exceptional patient experiences. Responsibilities include conducting in-depth skincare consultations to understand patients' concerns, needs, and goals. Assess skin conditions and provide expert recommendations on suitable products, treatments, and services for concerns such as acne, aging, and pigmentation.

The role involves upselling and cross-selling clinic services and products while meeting sales targets to drive revenue growth. Ensuring outstanding customer service, fostering long-term relationships with patients, and encouraging loyalty and repeat visits are essential. Additionally, the consultant maintains accurate records of customer interactions, sales, and inventory while assisting in product management, including restocking, organizing, and monitoring product expiration.

Qualifications:

  • Proven track record in sales and consistently achieving targets.
  • Relevant experience in sales, customer service, or beauty consultancy is preferred but not required.
  • Experience in a dermatology clinic or the beauty industry is an advantage.
  • Must hold a Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.
  • Fluency in Mandarin is a plus.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong customer service orientation with the ability to build lasting client relationships.
  • Willing to work flexible hours based on clinic operations (
    6 days per week
    ).
