Deployment Location: Store branches within Taguig (will be assigned to the nearest branch)

Work Schedule: Shifting schedule including weekends and holidays, depending on store operations

Job Summary:

We are hiring a proactive and responsible Store Team Leader who will assist the Store Officer in managing the daily operations of the assigned retail store. This role requires leadership, attention to detail, and the ability to coordinate with various departments to meet sales targets and maintain operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Store Officer in supervising day-to-day store operations
  • Supervise store staff and assist with their discipline, training, and performance evaluation
  • Help ensure the attainment of monthly sales targets
  • Handle store cash funds during assigned shift; ensure balances are accurate
  • Monitor inventory levels, stock movement, and proper item display with correct price tags
  • Receive deliveries, verify documents, and encode receipts in the system
  • Create purchase orders and conduct system receiving
  • Prepare and post signage; update and communicate price changes
  • Lead store team briefings (pep talks) in the absence of the Store Officer
  • Ensure proper implementation of promotions and operational updates
  • Follow company policies and assist in implementing store-level compliance
  • Perform other related duties as assigned
  • Graduate of any 4-year Business or related course
  • With at least 1 year of experience in a similar role or in store operations
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Detail-oriented and able to multitask
  • Willing to be deployed in Makati (nearest available branch)
  • Can work on a flexible schedule
