Senior Project Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Project Manager to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will lead and manage key business projects, ensuring delivery on time and with excellent quality. The Senior Project Manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams, drive process improvements, and contribute to the overall success of our products and services.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute comprehensive project plans, including scope, timelines, and resource allocation
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to define project goals, objectives, and deliverables
  • Lead a cross-functional team of business stakeholders, developers, designers, and other project members
  • Foster a collaborative and innovative work environment, encouraging team members to excel in their roles
  • Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies
  • Proactively address and resolve issues to ensure project success
  • Facilitate effective communication within the project team and with stakeholders
  • Provide regular project status updates, ensuring transparency and alignment with organizational goals
  • Implement and enforce quality assurance processes to guarantee the delivery of high-quality changes
  • Conduct thorough testing and validation procedures
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices
  • Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure the competitiveness of the platform
Qualifications
  • Fluency in English
  • Familiar with tools such as JIRA / Confluence
  • Bachelor’s (or higher) degree in a numerical field (e.g. Computer Science, Finance or similar)
  • Exceptional leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver process and efficiency improvements
Nice to have
  • PMP / PMI-ACP / CSM certification
  • Mandarin is a plus
  • Experience as a Project Manager in the cryptocurrency or fintech industry
  • Crypto trading experience
