Senior Project Engineer – Johnson Controls Location: Taguig, National Capital Region, Philippines What You Will Do: Facilitate day‑to‑day activities to keep organizational and operations processes flowing smoothly and effectively. Supervise staff members and monitor projects, dispatch, mobilization, logistics and delivery of materials, devices, equipment, and machines. Organize meetings with concerned departments, prepare necessary reports and perform general administrative duties of the group. Planning and Preparation Prepare the detailed project plan and monitor it. Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer needs and specific requirements. Analyze delivery of service needs and assist in providing materials and product information and specifications. Review and pre‑approve the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility. Monitor resource availability and allocation and coordinate with Warehouse and Purchasing Group. Ensure permits, gate passes and other documents concerning mobilization, demobilization, delivery and pull‑outs are properly secured and coordinated with all concerned parties. Operations and Project Management Oversee day‑to‑day activities of the projects handled. Ensure all schedules are properly coordinated for stakeholders involved in the project. Ensure projects and services are delivered on‑time, within scope and within budget. Manage changes to project scope, schedule and costs through variation order process. Assist in identifying, evaluating, and minimizing the impact of risks. Manage, monitor and control project team, including subcontractors, for efficient results. Set goals for performance and deadlines in compliance with client and project needs and company plans and vision. Maintain effective communication with clients to keep them up to date. Attend meetings and assist in managing client relationships and all stakeholders. Ensure the stocks of consumables, parts and materials are maintained at inventory level. Develop relationships with customers through high customer service delivery. Cost Monitoring Oversee, monitor and control cost of all projects. Ensure that cost monitoring reports are updated. Reports and Documentation Prepare and analyze monthly and periodic reports and recommend action plans for management review. Review and monitor the detailed reports documenting all project steps submitted by the team. Monitor comprehensive project and services documentation. Monitor completion of testing forms and billing documents (Certificate of Completion, Delivery Receipt, As‑built plans, etc.) and forward to Operations Support for billing processing. Health and Safety Management Reinforce health and safety protocols to be observed and followed by the team, especially at project sites. Monitor all health and safety matters in coordination with the Safety Officer and EHS Department. What Are We Looking For Graduate of Mechanical Engineering, preferably licensed. At least 5 years of experience in a supervisory position in related functions in Project Management.
