Job Description: Senior Fire Protection Engineer

The Senior Fire Protection Engineer is responsible for leading the design, development, and implementation of fire protection systems in compliance with applicable codes, standards, and client requirements. This role involves preparing schematic reports, conducting detailed design and calculations, and ensuring the effective coordination of fire protection works with other disciplines throughout all project phases. The position requires strong technical expertise, project management skills, and the ability to supervise and evaluate deliverables during design and construction stages.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and review schematic reports of fire protection systems for client approval.
• Perform fire protection design and calculations to establish installation and construction standards and specifications.
• Interpret technical drawings, schematics, and computer-generated reports to ensure compliance with codes, standards, and client requirements.
• Research and analyze customer\'s Terms of Reference (TOR), specifications, and manuals to evaluate design feasibility and maintenance requirements.
• Prepare layouts and monitor the development of detailed drawings and related documents in accordance with project deliverables and deadlines.
• Coordinate and interface with other engineering disciplines and departments.
• Monitor and coordinate design changes with project team members to maintain design integrity.
• Attend coordination meetings with engineers, clients, and other stakeholders during schematic, design development, and construction stages.
• Evaluate and review fire protection submittals, shop drawings, and related documents during the construction stage.
• Ensure that design intent, integrity, completeness, and compliance with applicable codes are implemented throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor\'s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Fire Protection Engineering, or related field.
• Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) or equivalent certification is highly preferred.
• Minimum of 7–10 years of experience in fire protection design and engineering, with at least 3 years in a senior or lead role.
• In-depth knowledge of international and local fire protection codes and standards (e.g., NFPA, FM Global, local fire codes).
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other fire protection design software/tools.
• Strong background in hydraulic calculations, fire alarm design, sprinkler systems, and life safety systems.
• Excellent project management, coordination, and communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
• Ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and mentor junior engineers.
• Willingness to attend site visits and coordination meetings as required.

Problem solving and decision making skills. Proficient in standard office applications such as documents, spreadsheets, and presentations.

Job Title: ANSUL Suppression System Technician

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Kitchen Fire Suppression System Technician to join our team. As a Kitchen Fire Suppression System Technician, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of kitchen fire suppression systems in commercial kitchens.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair kitchen fire suppression systems in commercial kitchens, including hoods, ducts, and exhaust fans; foam and clean agents; wet chemical systems.
• Conduct routine inspections and testing of fire suppression systems to ensure they are functioning properly.
• Identify and troubleshoot issues with fire suppression systems and perform repairs as needed.
• Provide training to client on the proper use and maintenance of fire suppression systems.
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction with our services.
• Keep accurate records of all work performed, including inspections, repairs, and testing results.
• Participate in ongoing training and education to stay current with industry developments and standards.

Requirements

• Knowledgeable in Kitchen Fire suppression System (KFSS) Brand: ANSUL, AMEREX, LEHAVOT, FIREGUARD.
• Knowledgeable in Installation of KFSS.
• Knowledgeable in Preventive maintenance of KFSS.
• Willing to be assigned in Sta Rosa Laguna
• Willing to relocate
