MEDMARK TRAVEL Inc. is seeking an experienced Senior Travel Consultant to join its team. This position is for candidates with work experience in travel agencies only This position is a full-time office job. Requirements and Skills :3> Must have existing multiple experience with Sales in Corporate Travel, or with Leisure Group Travel for International & Domestic travel, or with Luxury International Travel. Minimum 7 years of practical and successful experience in travel agency Sales Travel Consultant role or similar position in travel agency. Regarding Sales - holding portfolio of clientele that follow and buy services based on personal connection with candidate - advantage. Proactive generating of Sales Revenue (Bonus Rewards). Manage client communication to ensure accurate responses are received in immediate or accurate time. Experience with building detailed travel itineraries for Groups or Luxury Individual Clientele. Compliance with industry regulations, company policies, and safety standards. Work on various confirmations, and chaser queues as assigned, ensure documents get sent in a timely manner upon receipt of client information. Strong attention to detail with emphasis on accuracy and quality. Efficient time management and adapt task prioritisation. Highly self‑motivated and able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously and complete tasks with minimal supervision. Able to maintain confidentiality of company and client information. Interest in travel, geography and new travel trends. Knowledge of world destinations, cultures, locations and historical sites. Self happy, motivated, dynamic, and passionate person regarding working. Ability to work a flexible schedule based on department and company needs. Experience with handling travel visa requirements & insurance. Excellent English communication skills – verbal, presentation and written. Good organisational and problem solving skills, ability to work under pressure. Service‑oriented, personable, with above average interpersonal and communication skills. Experience with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel). Excellent Time Management & Multi‑tasking skills.
