Monitor and track key Agile metrics (velocity, burndown, defect rates) to drive performance improvements. Coordinate with cross-functional teams, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure smooth releases. Qualifications Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Scrum Master. Strong facilitation, mentoring, and conflict-resolution skills.
