Overview We are looking for a dynamic professional with experience in both Scrum Master and Business Analysis responsibilities. This hybrid role splits time between facilitating Agile processes and analyzing business requirements to ensure the delivery of high-quality solutions. The role leads Agile ceremonies and removes impediments while supporting product development through thoughtful business analysis and stakeholder engagement. Responsibilities Function as team leader responsible for understanding the big development picture and ensuring the team follows the WTW planning and Scrum process. Facilitate and lead all Scrum meetings (Planning, Daily Scrum, and Refinement). Shielding the team from interruptions. Ensure Scrum is understood and the team adheres to Scrum theory, practices, and guidelines. Help resolve team impediments. Lead the team in determining milestone timelines. Negotiate and communicate timelines, status, and risks to leadership. Monitor team progress and performance metrics to support ongoing improvements and effective communication. Foster strong, cohesive teams and build trust and collaboration across all team members; assist teams in resolving destructive conflict. Share lessons learned and best practices, build relationships with stakeholders, and broker relationships at all levels. Assist teams and leaders in executing agile practices to drive continuous improvement. Bring structure to complex working environments with energy and a positive attitude. Analyze and document business and technical requirements. Contribute to backlog refinement and roadmap planning. Serve as a backup Product Owner in triaging production support issues. Qualifications Minimum 3 years of experience as a Scrum Master and business analysis focused on software development. Experience with Agile methodologies. Familiarity with common Agile practices, service-oriented environments, and development practices; ability to coach the team on effective techniques. Understanding of iterative development fundamentals, backlog tracking, burndown metrics, velocity, and task definition. Proven leadership experience in achieving successful project outcomes. History of delivering strong results in large-scale/complex software development projects. Experience working with distributed software development products and teams. Ability to lead cross-functional teamwork across teams and organizations. Strong verbal, written, interpersonal communication and negotiation skills. Ability to develop project plans, manage deadlines and goals, including project metrics and dashboards. Direct management of projects and outcomes, rather than merely reporting metrics. Strong ability to identify risks, issues, and dependencies early and facilitate mitigation plans. Commitment to transparency in all situations. Highly organized with excellent multi-tasking skills. Customer service orientation. Analytical thinker with creative problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to manage backlogs effectively. WTW is an Equal Opportunity employer.
