Job Summary

  • Provide clerical and administrative assistance to NKAD to help maintain continuous operations, and team effectiveness.
  • Consolidate and prepare regular sales reports and dashboards for NKAD to improve sales tracking and analysis efficiency.
  • Support efficient collection of Accounts Receivable by ensuring accurate monitoring and validation of sales documents, collection report and deductions with close coordination with NKAD for timely submission.
  • Support ad hoc requirements of the NKAD DH including meeting coordination, communications, and internal reporting needs.
Minimum Requirements
  • 4 years graduate of any business course
  • Preferably with 2 years experience in sales operations, admin support or a similar role
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong sense of accountability and confidentiality and proactive
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel (pivot tables, basic formulas, data consolidation)
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills
  • Good communication and coordination skills
