Job Summary
- Provide clerical and administrative assistance to NKAD to help maintain continuous operations, and team effectiveness.
- Consolidate and prepare regular sales reports and dashboards for NKAD to improve sales tracking and analysis efficiency.
- Support efficient collection of Accounts Receivable by ensuring accurate monitoring and validation of sales documents, collection report and deductions with close coordination with NKAD for timely submission.
- Support ad hoc requirements of the NKAD DH including meeting coordination, communications, and internal reporting needs.
- 4 years graduate of any business course
- Preferably with 2 years experience in sales operations, admin support or a similar role
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong sense of accountability and confidentiality and proactive
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel (pivot tables, basic formulas, data consolidation)
- Strong organizational and administrative skills
- Good communication and coordination skills
