Accounting Analyst Place of Assignment: Finance and Subsidiaries GroupSalary: Php 24,904.80Status: Contract of Services Qualification Requirements: Education: Bachelor’s degree relevant to the job Experience: None required Training: None required Skills: Knowledge in General Accounting, MS Word, Excel Others: N/A Brief Description of Job Responsibilities Assists in the analysis and interpretation of financial statements and accounts classification of the company/projects, and prepares working papers of accounts and financial data gathered before consolidations; Files and maintains accounting documents such as disbursement vouchers, receipts, ledgers, and other accounting records, and ensure that all financial documents are accurately labeled and kept in an orderly manner; Encodes financial transactions in the Financial Management System (FMS) and transmits vouchers (CVs, JVs, and Receipts) to COA; Verifies and assesses financial documents to ensure records and reports are accurate before filling and/or scanning; and Performs other related tasks that may be assigned from time to time.
