Job Overview:

We are looking for an ambitious and driven Sales Manager to lead our sales team in achieving business growth and customer satisfaction This role will focus on developing sales strategies managing client relationships and driving the team toward meeting and exceeding sales targets

Responsibilities:

-Grow revenue via prospecting, qualifying selling and closing client accounts of our Datasets.

-Develop and implement effective sales strategies to expand the customer base and increase sales revenue

-Oversee the sales team providing guidance support and training to enhance performance

-Manage key customer relationships and identify new business opportunities

-Set and monitor sales targets analyzing performance data to adjust strategies as necessary

-Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to align sales efforts with market trends

Requirements:

-Bachelor's degree in Business Marketing or related field

-Proven experience in sales management with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets

-Strong leadership communication and negotiation skills

-Familiarity with CRM software and sales performance metrics

-Fluent in English
