Title: Accounting Specialist (Store Finance)

Jollibee Group’sAccounting Specialist (Store Finance) is responsible for:

  • Prepare and consolidate monthly management reports for Store and Main Office segments
  • Analyze trial balances and coordinate corrections for unusual entries
  • Reconcile financial data and ensure accuracy across business units
  • Support SBU Finance Heads with analytics and insights on actual results

Audit & Compliance

  • Prepare schedules and notes for SEC, BIR, and other statutory submissions
  • Coordinate with external auditors for interim and year-end audits
  • Resolve audit queries and lead closure of management letter items

General Ledger & Reconciliation

  • Analyze and validate balance sheet accounts
  • Prepare monthly bank reconciliations and escalate unresolved items
  • Monitor and propose adjustments for account clean-up and accuracy

Cash Fund & Accruals

  • Manage quarterly “Statement of Fund Accountability” and cash fund reconciliations
  • Prepare and validate journal entries for accruals and adjustments

Collaboration & Process Improvement

  • Work cross-functionally to enhance reporting quality and financial processes
  • Stay updated on regulatory changes and ensure compliance with policies

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

  • Must have bachelor’s degree in BS Accountancy.
  • Must have at least 2 years of experience inSales and Financial Reporting
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and coordination abilities
  • Knowledge of statutory reporting and audit processes
  • Willing to be assigned in Ortigas, Pasig (Hybrid working set-up)
