VF Corporation is seeking a Senior Data Analyst to join our Materials and Costing Intelligence (MCI) team within the Product Supply Enablement (PSE) function. This role is pivotal in driving supplier performance management through data‑driven insights, enabling strategic decision‑making across our global supply chain. You will collaborate closely with cross‑functional teams including Materials Sourcing , Materials Library , Sustainability & Responsibility , and External Suppliers to automate and optimize data processes. Your analytical expertise and project management skills will be key in delivering impactful insights and fostering continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities Supplier Performance Management Lead seasonal material Supplier Performance Management processes. Consolidate and validate data to generate performance matrices and supplier scorecards. Drive process improvements and maintain clear KPI accountability with minimal manual intervention. Act as the subject matter expert for Supplier Performance Management data, supporting sourcing strategies and corrective actions. Material Data Automation & Governance Develop governance checks for key material data (e.g., delivery data) to ensure accuracy and quality. Map sourcing processes to align Supplier Performance Management KPIs with operational workflows. Influence stakeholders to enhance SOPs and data processes. Project & Change Management Conduct regular training sessions and maintain Supplier Performance Management training materials. Lead and coordinate material‑related data projects, ensuring timely delivery and stakeholder alignment. Requirements Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in a Quantitative or STEM field. 3–5 years of experience in operations, automation, or data analysis. Technical Skills Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Power Query, Macros). Expertise in at least one data processing tool (e.g., Excel VBA, Power Query, KNIME, Alteryx). Strong analytical and problem‑solving capabilities. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Behavioral Competencies High emotional intelligence and ability to work across cultures and functions. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Creative, optimistic, and willing to take calculated risks. Team‑oriented with the ability to work independently. Capable of managing multiple tasks under pressure and tight deadlines. Why Join Us?
