Operations Director / Operations Manager - F&B (Chinese Cuisine), Singapore Report to Chief Operations Officer to oversee the 1) Marketing Team 2) Finance Team 3) Operations Team 4) Training Team 5) Quality Control Team & 6) Leasing Team Oversee daily operations, P&L and manage the team to drive for a motivated different team and achieve business target. Ensure to enforce company’s standard and development of staff. Assess, recruit, lead, manage, develop and retain a high-performance team to achieve sales and KPI targets. Work with senior management to drive F&B business development. Ensure long term business growth in accordance with the company vision, core values and established policies and procedures. Participate in annual, mid and long term financial and marketing plans as well as the budgeting in accordance with the group’s business and marketing strategies. Ensure total customer satisfaction with the quality and standards of the food and service. Job Requirements Minimum 10 years’ experience in F&B industry, of which 5 years at supervisory level. Preferably with experience from large chain restaurants Energetic and professional. Strong sense of integrity and responsibility. Possesses foresight in seeking out business opportunities. Proven ability in managing multi-brand retail chain operations. Overseeing P&L and produce reports for management review. High ability in complex problem, strategic thinking & analytical skills.
