This role is essential to scaling our content operations across multiple regions and clients. You'll work closely with our Content Managers and Design team to execute high-quality marketplace content that drives conversions and brand growth. As a Content Specialist, you'll take strategic direction and methodology from our regional Content Managers and bring it to life through hands-on execution across Amazon and other marketplace platforms. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, loves working with data and creative content, and wants to develop deep expertise in marketplace optimization. Responsibilities: Content Creation & Optimization: Execute compelling marketplace content strategies by writing SEO-optimized product copy, performing keyword research, and optimizing listings based on customer feedback and return data to drive conversions Product Detail Page (PDP) Management: Ensure product detail pages meet quality standards and brand guidelines by mapping image assets, conducting comprehensive audits, verifying content accuracy, and collaborating to ideate and coordinate product imagery and infographics. Strategic Execution & Research: Bring content strategies to life by executing A+ Content and Brand Store initiatives and conducting category research to identify best practices and emerging tools. Collaboration & Project Coordination: Partner with Content Managers and the Design team to scale content methodologies across multiple clients and regions, coordinate translations, manage marketplace support cases, and contribute to strategic recommendation decks. Knowledge Sharing: Contribute to team growth and continuous improvement by documenting best practices, sharing marketplace insights and learnings across regions, and helping to refine processes that enhance content quality and efficiency. What We’re Looking For: Willing to work a 4:00 PM – 12:00 AM PH time shift 3+ year managing and contributing to eCommerce content strategies and execution Experience contributing to content and creative projects with minimal oversight Working knowledge of Amazon marketplace dynamics and optimization strategies preferred Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; able to draw insights and build recommendations with guidance Proactive, enthusiastic, and eager to grow in eCommerce and digital marketing Able to work independently and juggle multiple priorities Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills (both written and verbal) Highly organized, detail-oriented, and responsive Passion for staying current on industry trends and innovations Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field What We Offer: Flexible work policy and a 100% remote workforce PTO and Paid Holidays Birthday Leave Competitive remuneration Health Card on the 3rd month of tenure Professional development to drive career growth.
