Work on transformation programs that modernize operations and drive innovation across our customer’s entire IT estate using the latest technologies in cloud, applications, security, IT Outsourcing, business process outsourcing and modern workplace.**Responsibilities:*** Apply technical knowledge (SAP FICO and VIM) to solve application issues, incidents, and problems with moderate to high risk/complexity.* Provides specific technical expertise and has skills in problem investigating, estimating, proposing alternative solutions, addressing security considerations, etc.* Provides leadership and direction to team members working on a specific application. Provides technical expertise for the application and is versed in the application's functions and interfaces.* Coordinates work assignments and activities within the team, and is typically a subject-matter expert of the work domain.* Provides technical support and input on the application of technology, and advice on solution and integration opportunities* Where warranted, communicates across client community appropriate to scope of technical understanding, and in coordination with client delivery management* Integrate technical knowledge and business understanding to create superior solutions for DXC and for customers.* Build SAP FICO and VIM capabilities in the department, including growing self and others via training, certifications, cross-skilling and mentoring of other consultants.* Manage a team responsible for package software application development.* Coordinate project execution and allocate resources efficiently.* Collaborate with senior management to define team/account or departmental goals.* Ensure the timely delivery of software solutions.* Oversee quality control and ensure adherence to coding standards.* Facilitate collaboration with other departments**Mandatory Skills Description:*** 10+ years of professional experience and a Bachelor of Arts/Science or equivalent degree in computer science or related area of study* Minimum of 5 years of SAP VIM & preferably FICO experience* Demonstrated commitment to growing VIM capabilities through training, certifications, and mentoring of team members* Functional and technical proficiency in SAP applications-related work* Must have solid industry experience, and/or consulting experience* Strong leadership and management experience* Problem investigating, estimating, proposing alternative solutions, addressing security considerations, etc* Must demonstrate ability to understand clients' business and objectives* Must have a high-performing, "can-do" attitude: adaptability, flexibility, resourcefulness; is results-oriented, a self-starter and a critical thinker* Must be able to work in both an individual and a team environment* Must have strong oral and written communication skills.**What awaits you in DXC:*** Health Insurance (HMO) for you and dependents upon hiring* Life Insurance coverage from day 1 of employment* 15 - 20 Days’ Vacation and 15 Days Sick Leave* Expanded maternity leave up to 120 days and Maternity Benefits* Expanded paternity leave up to 30 days* Non-Taxable Allowance (De-minimis)* Company-sponsored trainings upskilling, and certification* SMART First Working Arrangements* Healthy and Encouraging Work Environment* Recognition and Pay for Performance Culture* Supplemental Pay (Standby/Shift)* Retirement Program* Employee Assistance Program**If you are motivated to deliver excellent results, want to grow your career and make a difference, come join us.****We are DXC.**At DXC Technology, we believe strong connections and community are key to our success.
