JOB TITLE: MARKETING SUPPORT SECTION HEAD

SALARY RANGE: Php 20,000 to Php 25,000

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • College degree, preferably in Business Administration/Marketing or any related field.
  • With 3-5 years of actual work experience in marketing within a financial institution or related field, at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
  • Proficient in visual presentation tools (Photoshop, Canva, etc.).

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

A. Marketing Strategies
  1. Manage the development of the corporate brand and communication strategies tailored to target customers, considering their needs, competitive pressures, communication channels, and key messages.
  2. Oversee the design of logos, products, and visual presentations for marketing purposes.
  3. Develop and recommend sales and marketing programs to strengthen the corporate image, promote bank products and services, and enhance brand activation, customer acquisition, and retention.
B. Marketing Channel Management
  1. Review advertising content for various channels by creating graphic, visual, and audio-visual materials for digital and offline marketing.
  2. Coordinate with Branch Lite Units on marketing events/activities and support with marketing materials such as flyers and tarpaulins.
  3. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing activities.
  4. Report to the Management Committee on the performance of each marketing channel and provide recommendations.
  5. Research new trends, technologies, and methodologies in marketing channels to expand market reach.
C. Customer Service
  1. Manage customer complaints, feedback, and inquiries, providing immediate responses.
  2. Prepare incident reports for customer complaints and coordinate with relevant units for resolution.
  3. Analyze customer service quality and recommend improvements.
  4. Ensure timely text blasts to clients with approved loans.
  5. Review and update customer service policies, procedures, and guidelines.
D. Business Process Improvements and Documentation
  1. Evaluate current workflows through efficiency studies.
  2. Review and suggest improvements to existing policies, procedures, and work instructions.
  3. Prepare multi-purpose loan presentations for review before presenting to the Management Committee.
E. Corporate Planning and Monitoring
  1. Participate in strategic and operational planning.
  2. Prepare, submit, and present reports on departmental plans and performance assessments.
