Job Summary:

The Marketing Supervisor is responsible for planning, implementing, and overseeing marketing strategies to promote the company's products and brand. This role involves supervising the marketing team, managing campaigns, coordinating events, and ensuring all activities align with business goals. The Marketing Supervisor also monitors market trends, analyzes performance metrics, and develops initiatives to drive customer engagement and sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute marketing plans, campaigns, and promotional activities.
  • Supervise and mentor the marketing team to ensure timely and quality output.
  • Coordinate with sales, retail, and other departments to align marketing strategies.
  • Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
  • Manage the creation of marketing materials such as posters, social media content, and digital ads.
  • Organize and oversee events, product launches, and brand activations.
  • Track and analyze campaign performance and prepare marketing reports.
  • Manage the marketing budget and ensure cost-effective use of resources.
  • Maintain relationships with media, suppliers, and external partners.
  • Perform other related tasks as assigned by management.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • At least 2–3 years of experience in marketing, preferably in a supervisory role.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal abilities.
  • Creative, strategic thinker with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge in digital marketing, social media management, and advertising tools is an advantage.
  • Willing to travel and work flexible hours as required.
