The Role Work with the Real Time Agent platform to digitize key property transaction steps. As a Contract Processing Specialist, you’ll connect clients and internal teams, managing sensitive contract submissions and customer inquiries efficiently to ensure a smooth experience. What You'll Be Doing Accurately tag contracts and minimize errors. Quickly resolve inbound enquiries via email and Zendesk. Process high volumes of critical data entry tasks. Perform quality checks on legal documents and listings. Manage workflows efficiently across systems. Work with CX teams to resolve complex enquiries and support company goals. About You Bachelor's Degree or equivalent 1-2 Years experience in customer service or other related roles Strong attention-to-detail with high accuracy in data entry Good communication skills Able to work under tight deadlines and pressure Software knowledge (Zendesk) is an advantage but not required Why join us?
