Overview Business Operations Analyst – IT Park, Cebu. The position is part of the Banking Revenue Assurance team within Europe T&M, focusing on reviewing field service activities, identifying Out of Scope items, and ensuring accurate, timely revenue through billing and reporting. The role evolves toward providing internal and external solutions as a consultant across the organization. Responsibilities Understand contractual language that defines field service activities not covered by the maintenance contract. Review service activities for assigned customers and identify Out of Scope activities based on contract knowledge. Create financial reports for billable activities in accordance with customer contract terms and conditions. Maintain high attention to detail in reporting and invoicing, including customer data, payment terms, taxes, and pricing. Identify process gaps and drive continuous process improvement and automation to enhance efficiency and reduce costs. Create executive summaries showing costs or profits associated with activities. Coordinate with internal teams to enable an efficient Time & Materials billing process. Understand relevant technical details of the company’s banking equipment. Analyze business activities to identify revenue gaps for assigned customers. Utilize multiple software solutions to complete daily tasks (Oracle, TAMBA Tool, Invoice Engine, NCDM, SOM, Power Query, Power BI, Microsoft Office, etc.). Manage business processes to create value and increase customer satisfaction. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree. 2–3 years of relevant work experience. Excellent knowledge of English. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience creating macro solutions is a plus. Strong relationship management skills and ability to lead issue resolution for customers.
