This role is ideal for candidates early in their operations career who are detail-oriented and thrive in a data-driven environment.Key Responsibilities- Support operational tasks including data validation, reporting, and metrics tracking - Collaborate with global teams to assist in customer contract reviews and renewals - Maintain accuracy of software maintenance entitlement and billing; data retrieval and analysis - Monitor key performance indicators and help identify operational improvements - Participate in internal audits and reporting activities related to both revenue and costBasic Qualifications- Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Finance, or related field - 1–3 years of experience in business operations, preferably in software or IT services - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Macros, Oracle Smart View for Excel) - Extremely organized with great attention to detail- Knowledge in Power BI or equivalentPreferred Qualifications- Experience working with cross-functional or global teams - Preferred Tools and Skills: • SQL • Oracle ERP CloudOffers of employment are conditional upon passage of screening criteria applicable to the job.**EEO Statement** NCR Atleos is an equal-opportunity employer.
