Designation: Marketing Operations Manager
2X is looking for a strategically-minded Marketing Operations Manager to serve as the linchpin of our campaign execution teams. The successful candidate will translate strategic directives into action points for multi-pronged lead generation campaigns, analyze data to develop scalable processes in lead generation and database management. The ideal candidate possesses strong business acumen, project management skills, and the ability to clearly communicate findings and rally a marketing team around business goals.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Manage technical aspects of key marketing systems (marketing automation, CRM) used to generate, distribute, and report on leads.
- Establish and maintain scalable processes that ensure best practices in campaign and lead management.
- Create and maintain metrics reports on marketing and sales activities, effectiveness, and business impact.
- Analyze marketing and sales data to develop insights and make optimization recommendations.
- Monitor and maintain data quality within the marketing database.
- Evaluate new technologies and add-on applications to improve performance.
- Manage and allocate team resources and skills to achieve targets in email, social media, and ad campaigns.
Background:
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 5 years of experience in marketing automation, CRM, or digital marketing.
- Hands-on experience with Oracle Eloqua (certification a plus). Familiarity with Salesforce (Marketing and/or Sales Cloud).
- Knowledge of campaign performance analysis and marketing KPIs.
- Strong understanding of data-driven marketing, lead nurturing, and customer journey mapping.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Proactive, analytical, and results-driven mindset with strong communication skills.

What You’ll Do
- Email Marketing Automation – Create and manage email campaigns using platforms like ActiveCampaign, Marketo, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Eloqua and others.
- Website Management – Maintain and update company websites.
- CRM & Database Management – Oversee customer databases to ensure data integrity.
- Product & Service Knowledge – Build understanding of offerings to support messaging.
- Project Support – Assist with implementing marketing automation system solutions and ensure smooth delivery.
Who You Are
- 3+ years experience in email marketing campaigns and website management.
- Proficient in HTML/CSS for email/landing pages.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
