Job Description
  • Liason and develop strong relations with international and/or local buyers for the company.
  • Determine the market needs of each buyer, their marketing plan for the product development team
  • Plan and develop merchandising strategies that balance customers\' expectations and company\'s objectives.
  • Analyze sales figures, customers reactions and market trends to anticipate product needs and plan product ranges/stocks.

  • Take ownership of the planning, coordination, and implementation of Shopee PH’s top-performing games, with end-to-end management and accountability of all plans, goals, KPIs, and targets
  • Develop and analyze Shopee’s marketing and commercial strategies aimed at driving user acquisition, retention, and revenue for users’ games/features
  • Plan and execute communications & prize plans, draft creative assets, and prepare reports on a regular basis
  • Prepare qualitative and quantitative reports of user gaming experience for upcoming campaigns
  • Identify opportunities for optimization and improvement of game plans
  • Handle assigned Shopee games\' customer service-related concerns or issues
  • Collaborate effectively with multiple stakeholders including Design, Campaigns, Brand Marketing, Partnerships, Product teams as well as Regional teams for seamless execution of projects
  • Conduct research on current trends, ideas, and best practices to drive creative and impactful initiatives

Requirements :

  • Bachelor\'s Degree in Communication, Marketing, Advertising or related fields
  • At least 2-3 years of work experience ideally in brand or communication strategy, with experience in data analytics, report creation, and presentation
  • Able to thrive and adapt in a dynamic and collaborative environment
  • Strong campaign planning and project management skills
  • Strong work ethics and performance-driven
  • Strong background in data analysis with working knowledge of Excel
  • Has keen attention to detail

Ideally, you\'ll also have

  • Prior experience in B2B Brand & Marketing settings.
  • Track record of event execution, B2B brand exposure, and project management.
