The ideal candidate has progressed through the ranks—from Team Lead to Operations Manager—and brings a strong track record of managing teams, driving performance, and ensuring operational excellence in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure team performance meets client and business goals. Lead, coach, and develop Team Leads and their respective teams. Monitor KPIs, service levels, and productivity metrics, identifying opportunities for process improvement. Collaborate with senior management to implement operational strategies and initiatives. Foster a positive, high-performing work culture that encourages accountability and continuous improvement. Manage staffing, scheduling, and workflow planning to ensure operational efficiency. Prepare and present regular performance reports and recommendations to leadership. Qualifications 3–5 years of experience in operations leadership roles (Team Lead, Assistant Manager, or Operations Manager). Proven ability to manage and motivate large teams (ideally 30–40 members). Experience in the BPO industry, particularly in Cebu, strongly preferred. Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities. Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-moving environment. Preferred Background Candidates currently in Operations Manager roles at major Cebu-based BPOs (e.g., Concentrix, Teleperformance, etc.) are highly encouraged to apply.
