  • Record and reconcile payroll transactions in Yardi accounting system.
  • Collaborate with HR and Finance teams to ensure accurate employee compensation data.
  • Assist in preparing payroll-related journal entries and financial reports.
  • Maintain accurate payroll records and support audits as needed.
  • Ensure timely tax filings and resolve payroll discrepancies.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's/College Degree in Accountancy, Finance, Banking, or equivalent
  • Fluent in English
  • Creative thinker who can think outside the box
  • Strong analytical skills with keen attention to detail
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in US payroll, specifically using Yardi Voyager
  • Able to work onsite-Night shift
