This role focuses on driving revenue, ensuring customer satisfaction, and delivering tailored solutions that meet the unique needs of major accounts.**Key Responsibilities:** **Account Management*** Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in major accounts.* Serve as the primary point of contact for strategic clients, ensuring timely and effective communication.**Sales & Revenue Growth*** Identify opportunities to upsell, cross-sell, and expand product/service usage within accounts.* Achieve sales targets and contribute to regional revenue goals.**Customer Solutions & Support*** Understand client needs and propose customized solutions aligned with business objectives.* Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery and post-sales support.**Strategic Planning*** Create and execute account plans that include growth strategies, risk mitigation, and retention tactics.* Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform account strategies.**Reporting & Analysis*** Provide regular updates on account performance, forecasts, and pipeline status.* Analyze customer data to identify patterns, opportunities, and areas for improvement.**Qualifications:*** Minimum 3–5 years of experience in key account management.* Proven track record of managing high-value clients and achieving sales targets.* Strong negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.* Proficiency in CRM tools and data analysis.* Willingness to travel within the region.* Can drive and willing to do heavy field work in assigned area*We highly encourage applicants to exclude information on age, gender, and school/s in view of Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion.
