Location: Pasay, National Capital Region, Philippines

Primary Duties & Responsibilities
  • Perform job functions consistent to the corporate vision, mission statements and core values of the company and ensure that subordinates perform their respective functions in like manner.
  • Perform safety related functions such as use of PPEs, safety equipment. Maintain a safe environment and other procedures eliminating personal injury, equipment/component damage, and environmental impact.
  • Develop and maintain detailed documentation, including schematics, floor plans, sections, elevations, and other design drawings.
  • Ensure all drawings comply with relevant codes, standards, and safety requirements.
Qualifications & Skills
  • At least four (4) to five (5) years of work related experience in an Industrial/Manufacturing set-up with knowledge in:
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings and schematics.
  • Ability to prepare professional-quality plans/drawings based on established codes/standards.
  • Interpret service and operating manuals, specifications, and technical bulletins.
  • Ability to select measuring tools required for tasks, including Vernier and dial calipers, digital calipers, outside/inside measurements, odd leg, and spring joint calipers.
  • Laser level 360 self-leveling and laser measuring tools.
  • Advanced proficiency in estimating software such as CostX, PlanSwift, or similar.
  • Experience in creating technical illustrations detailing engineering and manufacturing specifics.
  • Proficient in AutoCAD for detailed drawings based on engineers/designers requirements; modify and update existing drawings as needed.
  • Proficient in estimating software and Excel; strong analytical and mathematical skills.
  • Experience working with BIM REVIT (architectural design/visualization, structural modeling, MEP coordination, maintenance data integration).
  • Experience with AutoCAD Electrical (schematics, wiring diagrams, control panel layouts) and collaboration with mechanical, civil, electronics disciplines.
