Overview Process Expert_Lean Manufacturing & Warehousing — Warehouse Process Engineer role at Schneider Electric. The role focuses on applying Lean Manufacturing principles, MTM, ergonomics, line design, MPH, simulation tools, cost analysis, value stream, and related expertise to optimize warehouse capacity, utilization, quality, and cost, while coaching the team to improve knowledge, skills, capabilities, and efficiency. Involves R&D contributions: designing new processes to meet economic and technical demands, designing and constructing trial production lines, and conducting product processing activities based on self-developed technology. What will you do? Lead and deploy all warehouse processes in compliance with LEAN and SPS. Drive continuous process improvement and cost reduction programs. Develop, motivate, and challenge people to achieve targets. Implement the SPS system. Define global architecture for Warehouse operations. Design and optimize waterspider loop. Organize evacuation of finished goods and waste. Ensure reliability of warehousing time definitions. Ensure safety and ergonomics conditions in warehouse and material handling activities. Define and involve the information system in line with MPH & Warehouse principles. Aim to achieve the targeted SPS Score and maintain it through continuous improvement tools and standardization with benchmarking and knowledge sharing. Adapt continuous improvement approaches to MPH and Warehouse to optimize safety, quality, lead time, and cost. Execute ME functions according to business objectives and policies; continuously improve efficiency, accuracy, and effectiveness; drive down overall manufacturing costs including cycle times, headcount, and material scrap. What qualifications will make you successful? Graduated from Technical University, or Technology and Education University (Major: Industrial Engineering, Industrial Systems Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics). At least 5–6 years of practical experience in advanced manufacturing. Strong management and coordination skills; planning and leadership abilities. Technical skills with proven track record in driving corrective actions and implementing change. Excellent communication skills with demonstrated potential in Lean, Six Sigma, leadership, and process development. Extensive knowledge of Industrial Engineering philosophies and processes. Strong communication, decisiveness, organization, analytical skills, and passion; team player with good relationships with regional teams and engineers. Fluent in oral and written English. Entrepreneurial spirit, results-oriented, flexible and proactive; alignment with company goals and high initiative. Ensure safety training for subordinates.
