National Consultant Srh Digital Interventions coordinator – Remote position. This is a permanent, full-time remote role for a Virtual Case Manager (40 hours per week).

Work Schedule: 11:30 PM to 7:30 AM PHT, Monday to Friday. Location: Makati City, National Capital Region; Remote Workmate Pty Ltd.

About the Client

Attorney with over 15 years of experience specializing in complex accident claims. Focuses on personalized legal representation and collaborates with a network of professionals (doctors, accident reconstructionists, engineers) to support clients’ claims.

About the Role

The Virtual Case Manager will primarily handle pre-litigation case management tasks in a legal practice. Responsibilities include client interaction, document management, demand preparation, communications with insurance companies, and collaboration with various stakeholders. This is a remote role requiring strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Obtaining, organizing, and managing client medical records and bills
• Work with client to determine providers; obtain medical records from all providers and document their status
• Obtain medical expenses from providers and health insurance companies
• Prepare a spreadsheet to track total medical expenses
• Determine and document liens
• Obtain and organize police reports, fire department reports, and documents from other governmental entities
• Coordinate with client, attorney, and legal team to determine required governmental documents and reports
• Acquire documents/reports from agencies
• Open new client files and create records in Clio and Windows File Explorer
• Document statute of limitations and government claim form deadlines in Clio and Excel
• Document deadlines to obtain medical payments from client’s auto insurance
• Contact at-fault party’s insurance company and client’s own insurer; send letters of representation and obtain adjuster information
• Obtain confirmations from insurance companies
• Communicate with clients to identify medical providers, health insurance, auto insurance, and liens
• Obtain client documents to support the case (e.g., photographs, lost wage information)
• Ensure client receives adequate medical treatment and that all documents are requested and received

Qualifications

• Previous experience in personal injury law, insurance defense, or related field
• Knowledge of the injury claim process and familiarity with the legal system and terminology
• Understanding of medical records and terminology related to injury claims
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple cases, documents, and deadlines
• Excellent verbal and written communication for client interaction, negotiations, and team collaboration
• Ability to work independently and handle a diverse workload with minimal supervision
• Proficiency in Clio (Grow/Manage), Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, Adobe Acrobat; familiarity with legal case management software
• Research skills and ability to summarize findings
• Regular communication via Slack, Zoom, and phone; participate in daily team meetings
• Willingness to learn and adapt; maintain confidentiality and ethical standards
• Prior experience in personal injury or wrongful death cases is a plus
