Motion Designer II

Motion Designer II Datawords Group is looking for a Motion Designer II to join our dynamic Digital Communication Agencies in Cebu and Makati, Philippines. Job Responsibilities Work with team members and project managers to ensure deliverables align with project objectives and quality standards. Actively manage multiple project requests, maintaining accuracy and meeting tight deadlines. Handle video post‑production requests with minimal supervision and conduct thorough quality checks to meet client expectations. Recreate or replicate 2D and 3D text animations and visual designs from references. Modify packshots, product shots and labels in 2D and 3D video assets. Localize on‑screen text using translation files and design templates. Integrate voiceovers, create subtitles and embed SRT files into videos using client‑provided assets. Resize and modify videos for different platforms or markets. Edit and splice raw footage from shoots and external sources. Manage internal video tasks including HR requests, social media videos, e‑learning content and event coverage. Ensure all animations and edits align with brand guidelines and campaign look and feel. Maintain an organized asset library for easy retrieval. Utilize reporting platforms such as Jira for task monitoring and provide daily reports to the team lead or manager. Participate in training and meetings led by the team lead, PMs or global counterparts. Be available for on‑site work once a week, including scheduled on‑site training sessions as needed. Qualifications Graduate with a Bachelor of Arts or Bachelor of Science degree. 1 to 2 years of professional experience using Adobe Creative Suite tools. Proficient in Adobe After Effects, Adobe Premiere Pro, or other video editing software. Basic knowledge of Final Cut Pro, Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator. Strong design skills and a creative mindset with a good eye for visual storytelling. Understanding of motion graphics. Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace tools. Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal). Strong ability to prioritize, balance and organize multiple tasks simultaneously. Deadline‑driven with a proactive and positive attitude. Exceptional attention to detail and a strong commitment to accuracy. Solution‑oriented mindset capable of identifying risks and potential issues. Excellent analytical skills and ability to distill complex requirements into clear, actionable steps. Work Set‑up and Hours 2:30 pm – 11:30 pm PHT, Monday to Friday. Hybrid setup.
