We deeply believe that bringing together a diversity of thoughts, expressions, and perspectives is key to building the best culture for equally diverse communities all over the world About the Role To support our continued growth and communicate the power of our platform, we’re looking for a creative Multimedia & Motion Designer who can bring complex ideas to life through visually engaging animations and videos. What You Will Do Video & Animation (Core): Design and produce high-quality 2D/3D motion graphics, e.g. intro videos, ads, explainer videos, and product demos. Graphic Design (Supporting): Create marketing visuals such as social media posts, infographics, emails, presentations, digital banners, sales collateral, event materials, and event booth designs. Collaboration & Branding: Partner with the marketing team on campaign concepts and storytelling. Maintain and thoughtfully evolve brand guidelines to align with company growth. Contribute fresh, creative ideas during brainstorming and planning sessions. Additional Opportunities (Depending on Experience) Contribute to UX/UI design for our website, landing pages, and insurance platform. Support website design updates in WordPress and create accompanying visuals. Develop website animations to enhance the user experience and elevate our digital presence. What We Need At least 2-3 years of experience in creating videos, motion graphics, or animation At least 1 year of experience in a creative or design agency Strong proficiency in After Effects, Adobe Premiere, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Figma Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, and InDesign Proficiency in Google Slides/Powerpoint Excellent attention to detail and ability to present ideas to the team Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment Strong verbal and written communication skills Nice-to-Have: Understanding of UX/UI design principles and experience working with WordPress Why You\'ll Love Working Here Fully remote Flexible leave International environment Competitive remuneration package Performance bonus Company activities and events Learning and development plan Remote work allowance By submitting your application, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted the content of CoverGo’s Privacy Notice and you consent to the processing of your data as part of this application. #J-18808-Ljbffr
