Join a dynamic construction and property development company as a Part-Time Financial Administrative Assistant . The client specializes in transforming residential properties into student accommodations and has rapidly expanded over the past two years. This role combines bookkeeping expertise with administrative support to help manage multiple business entities efficiently. You’ll play a key role in ensuring financial accuracy and smooth operations while supporting the company’s continued growth. Job Highlights Hourly Rate: USD 7.45 Number of Paid Hours Per Week: 20 hours per week Schedule: Monday to Friday, flexible hours during client’s business hours Work Arrangement: Work from home Note: Since this is a permanent work-from-home position and the arrangement is that of an “Independent Contractor,” the selected candidates must have their own computer and internet connection. They will handle their own benefits and taxes. The professional fees are on hourly rates and the rate depends on your performance in the application process. Responsibilities Manage comprehensive bookkeeping across multiple business entities (approximately 70% of the role) Prepare and submit quarterly VAT returns for VAT-registered businesses Process daily financial transactions and maintain accurate records for all entities Handle high-volume email management and client correspondence Coordinate building regulation documentation and specification requests Organize and process construction-related administrative tasks Maintain separate financial records for VAT-registered and non-VAT-registered entities Support general business operations and administrative functions as needed Requirements Strong bookkeeping and accounting experience with multi-entity management Experience with UK VAT registration and quarterly VAT return preparation Proficiency with accounting software and financial record management systems Excellent email management and professional communication skills Bonus: Experience in construction or property development industries Helpful: Familiarity with building regulation processes and documentation Strong organizational skills with ability to prioritize multiple business needs Self-motivated with excellent time management in a remote work environment Permanent work from home Immediate hiring Steady freelance job Application Process Apply directly to the link provided; you will be redirected to BruntWork’s Career Site .
