Job Description

Body Paint Operations Manager - Pasig

Responsibilities
  • Motivating sales team
  • Creating business strategies
  • Facilities/Maintenance/Building
  • Establishing, implementing and monitoring internal controls and processes
  • To ensure that the Operations organization is well resourced, trained and equipped to deliver the desired level of output
  • Know-how management: Technology improvement, process & cost optimization in coordination with the Head
  • To manage plant and equipment, raw materials, process, product and confidential manufacturing instructions
  • Ensures compliance with local legal regulations and local legal legislation (ensure that permits are obeyed)
  • Execute/monitor Continuous Improvement Programs in costs, performance, quality, energy, safety
  • Ensure right staffing, that well coordinated with HR
  • Manage plant organization and plant employees efficiently to ensure service level to Business
  • Actively review product portfolio and check for compliance with existing permits - act accordingly
  • Manage, motivate and develop employees in line with the management principles of the company
  • Ensures on time production (quantity, quality, cost and time), control stocks and resources
  • Manage site, production units of the plant according to legal requirements
Qualifications / Requirements
  • Graduate of Industrial Engineering
  • Willing to work in Pasay and to be assigned in different areas of Metro Manila
  • Experience in motivating sales teams and creating business strategies
  • Experience with facilities/maintenance/building operations
  • Ability to establish, implement and monitor internal controls and processes
  • Strong resource planning, training and equipment provisioning for the operations organization
  • Know-how management: technology improvement, process and cost optimization
  • Experience managing plant and equipment, raw materials, processes, products and confidential manufacturing instructions
  • Compliance with local regulations and permits
  • Experience executing and monitoring continuous improvement programs across costs, performance, quality, energy and safety
  • Collaboration with HR for staffing and workforce planning
  • Ability to manage site and plant production units in line with legal requirements
