We are looking for a Supervisor with experience in Finance and Accounting to join our team Basic Qualification Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. Minimum 3–5 years of experience in finance and accounting, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or team lead role within a BPO or shared services environment . Strong knowledge of Accounts Payable (AP) , Accounts Receivable (AR) , and general accounting processes. Proficient in MS Excel and ERP/Accounting systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, or similar). Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills. Ability to manage performance, meet SLAs, and drive process improvements. DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES Monitor and analyze team KPIs using standard tools to identify trends, recommend actions, and ensure performance exceeds targets. Delegate tasks effectively, provide guidance, and promote collaboration to achieve deliverables. Evaluate team performance on productivity, quality, and attendance; set expectations, create development plans, and drive continuous improvement. Coordinate with internal and external clients to address SLA-related issues, maintain strong relationships, and ensure service excellence. Conduct regular huddles to share updates, gather feedback, and support team engagement. Communicate and collaborate with stakeholders on production plans, actions, and process improvements. Prepare and review performance reports to support monitoring and decision-making. What's in it for you?
