Job Summary: As an Employee Relations Partner within the Global Employee Relations Team, you will conduct and facilitate complex, sensitive, and time-critical ER investigations. You will partner with HR colleagues and business managers to implement strategies, plans, and interventions that develop and maintain a high-performing work environment. Your role will be pivotal in consulting on complex ER matters, providing effective advice, resolution, and remediation. Job Responsibilities: Consult on complex ER matters, providing effective advice, resolution, and remediation. Document investigative paths, recommendations, and resolutions; write investigative summaries in a clear, concise, and legally defensible manner. Conduct climate assessments using inclusive investigative skills to identify underlying issues. Engage control partners, including Global Securities and Investigations, Legal, Compliance, and HR colleagues, to resolve serious work situations. Execute a robust risk and controls agenda. Provide ER learning sessions and reporting to address emerging trends and issues. Perform other similar functions. Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills: Bachelor's Degree in Business, Human Resources Management, Law, or related fields. 5+ years of HR experience in the shared services/BPO industry focusing on end-to-end employee relations case management. Knowledgeable of HR practices and the financial impact of HR decisions. Understanding of Asia Pacific employment and labor laws. Expert knowledge of ER practices, arbitration, mediation, legal proceedings, and fair employment practices. Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills: Strong investigation, consulting, and problem resolution experience with the ability to influence all employee levels. Ability to quickly size up complex people/business situations, develop alternatives, and make sound recommendations. Insightful in assessing issues/potential risks and recommending balanced solutions. Proficient in critical thinking, data analytics, and judgment to make fact-based decisions.
