Job Description

• Knowledge, Skills, and Capability: Must be a College Graduate of any Business Course; must have sales experience related to healthcare, particularly Dialysis; must possess good verbal and written communication skills.
• Job Summary: Experience selling into Hemodialysis machines and consumables/related medical equipment; successful track record of sales; highly motivated with excellent communication skills; experience with Dialysis equipment is highly desirable but not essential.
• Duties and Responsibilities: Prepare weekly itinerary; attend sales team meetings; develop and implement a territory business plan; manage and develop sales activities within the dialysis market; identify key customers and build relationships; monitor competitors and market trends; identify opportunities and evaluate sales options; maintain client relationships and provide ongoing support; propose sales and marketing strategies for management approval; duties may be revised as needed.
• Salary Range: Php 20,000 basic salary plus actual transportation (gas, toll) with food reimbursement.
• Job Location (Field work): Priority areas – Manila and Rizal; Cavite and Lower Laguna; Additional areas – Camarines Sur, Camarines Norte, Albay, Nueva Ecija, Nueva Vizcaya, Isabela, Quirino, Ifugao, Cagayan, Ilocos Sur, Norte, Abra.
• Work Schedule: 40 hours per week (Monday–Friday).
