Position title: Bancassurance Supervisor - Non-life Insurance (Binondo) | Location: Binondo, Manila City | Work setup: Full-Time, Onsite | Salary: PHP 30,000 – 35,000

Job Summary

As a Sales Officer/Leader (Bancassurance, Agency, Brokers, and Other Distribution Channels), you will be responsible for overseeing our branch office's efficient and effective operation. You will play a crucial role in managing the branch\'s day-to-day activities, ensuring customer satisfaction, and achieving business objectives. This role requires strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of our organization\'s products, services, and goals.

Responsibilities

• Branch Operations Management: supervise and manage all branch activities to ensure smooth operations; develop and implement operational policies and procedures; monitor and evaluate branch performance against targets and take corrective actions; ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and legal requirements.
• Team Leadership: recruit, train, and develop a high-performing branch team; provide guidance, coaching, and support to staff; foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and employee growth; conduct regular performance evaluations and goal-setting.
• Customer Relationship Management: build and maintain strong relationships with intermediaries and customers; address inquiries, complaints, and concerns promptly; identify opportunities to enhance satisfaction and loyalty; monitor feedback and implement improvements.
• Sales And Business Development: develop and execute strategies to achieve branch sales targets and revenue goals across all channels; recruit productive agents; identify market trends and opportunities to drive growth; work with the sales team to identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base; develop and maintain partnerships with key clients.
• Financial Management: prepare and manage the branch budget; monitor financial performance and variances; ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance with accounting standards.
• Risk Management: identify and mitigate risks related to branch operations, compliance, and security; implement security protocols and safety measures; report incidents and maintain response procedures.

Qualifications And Job Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field (Master\'s degree preferred).
• Proven leadership experience (3-5+ years) in supervisory/managerial roles, preferably in branch management or related field.
• Strong understanding of the industry, products, and services offered by the organization.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in financial analysis and budget management.
• Ability to make strategic decisions and drive results.
• Knowledge of relevant regulations and compliance requirements.
• Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities; computer literacy and familiarity with relevant software.
• Background or knowledge of non-life insurance; highly organized with attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and deliver results under pressure; flexibility to adapt to changing priorities.
• Good written and verbal communication skills; ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Sales and marketing, customer service, administration and management; advanced presentation skills; strong MS Office and information management skills.
• Ability to interpret technical and policy-related manuals; people management, decision-making, and customer management skills; sales management capabilities.

Training

Foundational training such as Basic Non-life Insurance, advanced courses in Motor, Fire/Property, Marine and Cargo, and Casualty Insurance; Sales Management; Client Management; People Management.
