Job Description

Sales Strategy & Growth

  • Design and implement nationwide sales strategies that deliver both short-term wins and long-term growth.
  • Spot and act on emerging business opportunities, industry movements, and client trends within the Philippine fitness market.
  • Direct the sales pipeline end-to-end—from lead development to deal closing and after-sales support.

Client & Partner Engagement

  • Build and sustain executive-level relationships with major clients and strategic partners.
  • Guarantee customer satisfaction and strengthen loyalty through proactive engagement and issue resolution.
  • Represent the company at high-level negotiations, trade events, and industry forums.

Team Leadership & Development

  • Lead and mentor a results-oriented sales team across multiple regions.
  • Define KPIs, track performance, and ensure consistent achievement of revenue targets.
  • Partner with marketing, service, and product divisions to synchronize business efforts.

Market Insight & Adaptation

  • Keep abreast of competitor strategies, consumer preferences, and market innovations.
  • Recommend enhancements in pricing models, promotional activities, and product/service offerings based on data-driven insights.
The Successful Applicant
  • A bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales Management, or a related field (advanced degree advantageous).
  • 5 years s of proven experience in B2B sales, with at least 2 years in a leadership capacity.
  • Demonstrated expertise in securing and managing large-scale accounts, ideally within industries such as fitness, wellness, health, or adjacent consumer/retail sectors.
  • Strong commercial instincts, advanced negotiation capabilities, and the ability to think strategically.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms, reporting systems, and productivity tools (Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, etc.).
  • Willingness to be based in Pasig City (onsite work setup).
  • Flexibility to travel domestically and occasionally abroad when required.
