Responsibilities STRATEGY & COMMUNICATIONS DEVELOPMENT Analyze customer data and understand business requirements and challenges Collaborate with partners to translate marketing strategy into actionable campaigns. Design communications plan and targeting strategy Define and evaluate campaign metrics Track all campaign deliverables and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure proper execution and timely implementation Analyze campaign performance and present recommendations. BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT & PEOPLE MANAGEMENT Increase revenue by growing business opportunities with partners Lead recruitment and retention of team members Cultivate growth by ensuring high quality work and investing in talent development Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Advertising, or any relevant field. At least 1 year experience in digital marketing (CRM / performance marketing backgrounds preferred) Excellent communication skills both written and oral; good presentation skills Experience using Tableau and CRM systems is an advantage Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools #J-18808-Ljbffr
