Responsibilities: Supervise and lead a team of Business Development Officers in the assigned area Set sales targets and ensure these are met or exceeded Implement and monitor sales strategies aligned with company objectives Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and retail partners Conduct regular field visits to monitor market conditions, competitor activities, and store execution Provide coaching, training, and performance feedback to sales team members Monitor sales performance through reports and analytics Ensure effective execution of trade promotions, merchandising standards, and marketing campaigns Coordinate with logistics, inventory, and marketing teams for smooth operations Address customer issues and resolve complaints promptly Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or any related field Minimum of 2–3 years of field sales experience , preferably in FMCG , retail , or distribution At least 1 year in a supervisory or team lead role is preferred Strong leadership and team management skills Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving skills Willing to travel extensively within the assigned area Driving skills with a valid driver’s license is a plus #J-18808-Ljbffr
