SANY Group Quezon City, National Capital Region, Philippines Recruitment Specialist SANY Group Quezon City, National Capital Region, Philippines As a Recruitment Officer at Sany Philippines INC., you will be responsible for supporting the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and onboarding new hires. This is a full-time position based in Quezon City, Metro Manila. What you'll be doing Source and screen high-quality candidates for open positions across the organisation Manage the application and interview processes, including scheduling, coordinating and conducting interviews Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future roles Collaborate with hiring managers to understand position requirements and identify the best candidates Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey Provide administrative support for the recruitment function, such as maintaining applicant tracking systems and creating recruitment reports Stay up-to-date with the latest recruitment trends, best practices and employment legislation What we're looking for 1-3 years of experience in a recruitment or talent acquisition role, preferably within the HR industry Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates and stakeholders Excellent organisational and multi-tasking abilities, with a keen eye for detail Proficient in using applicant tracking systems and other recruitment software Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field Knowledge of Philippine employment laws and regulations Seniority level Entry level Employment type Full-time Job function Administrative and Other Industries Machinery Manufacturing #J-18808-Ljbffr
