Develop project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocations while monitoring progress and mitigating risks. Collaborate with stakeholders across clinical, operational, and technical teams to gather requirements and define project scope. Coordinate with vendors, consultants, and internal cross‑functional teams to implement complete solutions. Monitor project deliverables and provide regular status updates to leadership and stakeholders. Facilitate change management activities to support solution adoption and user training for successful go‑lives. Identify opportunities for process improvement and recommend best practices in project management. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) Projects delivered on time: 97% target Projects delivered on budget: 97% Weekly task completion rate: 95% Executive updates delivered on schedule: 100% Adherence to internal standards and policies: 100% Qualifications Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in IT project management. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Healthcare Informatics, or a related field. At least 5 years of project management experience. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools (e.g., Monday.com). Strong written and verbal communication skills. Experience managing project teams.
