A team focused, collaborative approach with internal and external stakeholders. Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to adapt to various audiences from peers to senior leaders within our client base. An energetic and collaborative nature who enjoys a competitive environment. An ability to think both creatively and strategically. Be deadline-oriented, inquisitive, with great follow-up and reporting skills. Have the ability to respond well under pressure with critical timeframes. A minimum of 2-5 years' experience in telephone sales, ideally within a technical environment. Experience delivering high quality B2B sales presentations. A proven ability to understand and develop telephone sales opportunities within the Australian market would be highly advantageous Private sector experience would be highly advantageous. Your Daily Tasks Generate and convert sales leads using internal systems and processes. Prospect and scout professionals, small, and medium businesses through cross-selling, cold calling, and contact references. Actively sell, negotiate, and quote B2B solutions while providing proactive follow-up, product information, and overall account support over the phone. Establish and maintain strong customer relationships to drive sales and increase brand awareness. Manage daily call activities by planning effective sales targeting approaches and meeting defined KPIs. Maintain accurate and up-to-date data within the CRM (Salesforce) to ensure information quality. Uphold vigilance in cybersecurity and customer data privacy protection, promptly reporting any concerns to management. Occasionally collaborate outside regular business hours with peers in Europe or the USA to strengthen knowledge of products, services, and value propositions. Continuously seek opportunities to improve business processes and operations. Actively participate in the Annual Performance Review process. Support initiatives that promote a safe, healthy, and hazard-free work environment. Perform other related duties aligned with organizational goals as required.
