Creative Specialist | Onsite | Ortigas | Night Shift Company: The Construction Index Ltd Location: Mandaluyong, National Capital Region, Philippines Employment Type: Full-time Shift: Night Shift, Weekends Off Job Overview The Construction Index Ltd, a trusted global leader in rehabilitation, recovery, and sports performance, seeks a Creative Specialist to develop high‑quality digital assets that elevate our global eCommerce and marketplace presence. The role is based on‑site at SM Megatower, Ortigas. Responsibilities Design product imagery, Amazon A+ and B+ content, and other marketplace visuals to enhance discoverability, awareness, and conversion. Create campaign assets for PPC, paid social, and promotional launches. Collaborate with Brand Managers, Account Managers, and Paid Media Specialists to align creative output with campaign strategies and KPIs. Maintain brand consistency across digital storefronts and product lines. Audit and update existing creative assets based on performance data, competitor insights, and seasonal priorities. Partner with Brand and Product teams on packaging and visual identity projects as needed. Utilize testing tools (e.g., PickFu) to evaluate and optimize creative design. Research emerging AI platforms to improve creative efficiency and share findings with the team. Support the DTC team in achieving $600K in DTC gross sales growth. Deliver creative assets on time, aligned with brand standards, and requiring minimal revisions. Enhance engagement and conversion rates through continuous creative optimization. Keep marketplace storefronts current with fresh, consistent content. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, or a related field. Minimum of 2 years in digital design; experience in marketplace or eCommerce design preferred. Adobe Creative Suite certifications are an advantage. Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and related tools such as Canva, CapCut, or MidJourney. Experience designing Amazon A+ and B+ content, storefronts, and eCommerce site visuals.
