ERNI is a leading Software Development company with global presence. This role involves leading agile delivery, architecture design, and cross-functional coordination for digital transformation initiatives.

• Develop a suitable agile implementation strategy for the ISMS program considering the nature of deliverables, available resources, dynamics of the cross-functional delivery team, and target timelines. Act as the project manager for the program assigned.
• Lead agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-up, sprint reviews, release planning, and retrospectives.
• Serve as the primary problem solver for the project, managing disruptions and ensuring progress on sprint delivery, including platform-related issues (e.g., Microsoft support).
• Manage the scrum artifacts such as the product backlog and organize the product backlog in Azure DevOps (ADO).
• Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders, including related project scrum masters, development leads, product owners, and Enterprise Architecture teams.
• Ensure overall quality of deliverables.
• Mentor the project team on agile principles and best practices to deliver solutions up to requirements.
• Maintain up-to-date technical and business documentation to support knowledge management and transparency (e.g., Architecture Blueprints, Testing Suite, Security Documents, Disaster Recovery Plan, Training and Communication Plan, Deployment Plan, Transition Support and Maintenance Plan).
• Lead end-to-end solution design, understanding business requirements, challenging them, and providing innovative strategies within standards.
• Implement project governance frameworks including coding standards, UI/UX consistency, standardized solution approaches, and security standards to manage vulnerabilities.
• Guide development teams in creating new solutions and improving existing ones; provide technical direction for implementations.
• Organize DevOps and CI/CD practices to harmonize the development lifecycle and drive continuous improvement and innovation.
• Lead the development of Proof-of-Concept (POC) solutions as needed and champion the prescribed technology stack while remaining open to emerging technologies.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, or a closely related field.
• Minimum 15 years of general professional experience in digital transformation and system design with a focus on complex data structures, including at least 8 years related to Microsoft Power Platform or Microsoft Dynamics 365 in solutions architecture.
• Minimum 3 years of experience performing dual roles as a solutions architect and as a Scrum Master in an agile delivery setting.
• Technical Knowledge: Experience with AI component implementation.
• Soft Skills: Project management, excellent communication, strong work ethic, and people management skills.
• Tools/Software: Proficient in Azure DevOps (ADO).
• Experience with enterprise Geographic Information Systems (GIS) or open-source equivalents is an advantage.
• ITIL v4 knowledge; certification is an advantage. Certifications in Agile project management and Power Platform (Solution Architect, RPA Developer, functional consultant) are preferred.
• Reporting and Coordination: Ability to work with project managers, product owners, and stakeholders to deliver staffing and project outcomes.
