What You'll Do

  • Oversees execution of daily Workplace Experience operations across multiple office areas or locations.
  • Ensures efficiency in inventory management, vendor coordination, and supply ordering processes.
  • Trains, mentors, and supports junior coordinators; ensures adherence to procedures and quality standards.
  • Leads security access and key management programs, including audits and compliance reporting.
  • Monitor all Statutory Compliance areas (Business Permits, PEZA, etc).
  • Monitors facilities operation and ensure compliance with Health and Safety, Environmental and Risk Management.
  • Supervises Workplace Experience Helpdesk triage and ticket workflow; escalates and resolves complex facilities issues.
  • Acts as main point of contact for Workplace Experience communications and ensures timely resolution of internal inquiries.
  • Plans and manages office restructures i.e. large-scale furniture moves, and cross-department logistics.
  • Serves as lead liaison with property management on all service, maintenance, and HVAC coordination.
  • Liaises with landlord on all company-leased properties in coordination with Finance for office lease, apartment rentals, utility, and repairs.
  • Manages catering programs and develops vendor relationships to support office functions.
  • Drives continuous improvement by identifying inefficiencies and proposing enhancements to workplace processes.
  • Maintains and updates Workplace Experience manuals, process documentation, and onboarding materials.
  • Oversees PO submissions and budget tracking through internal systems.
  • Supports and contributes to team projects and companywide initiatives.
What You'll Bring
  • 4–5 years of experience in corporate facilities or workplace experience roles
  • Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite with strong data tracking/reporting in Excel
  • Experience in Compliance with PEZA, DOLE, HACCP, ISO certification or other similar certifications.
  • Excellent cross-functional communication and coordination skills
  • Proven ability to mentor junior team members and lead by example
  • Experience managing front desk, property vendors, or internal service teams
