About Our Client
The client is a renowned US-based healthcare company setting up their shared service/global service center in BGC.
Job Description
- Process and manage end-to-end US payroll for employees, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Ensure compliance with US payroll laws, regulations, and tax requirements.
- Coordinate with internal teams to gather necessary payroll information and resolve discrepancies.
- Prepare and review payroll reports for management review.
- Manage employee inquiries related to payroll and provide prompt resolutions.
- Maintain payroll records with a focus on confidentiality and accuracy.
- Support audits by providing payroll documentation and reports as needed.
- Continuously review payroll processes for improvements and efficiency enhancements.
The Successful Applicant
- At least 2 years of experience in US payroll systems, processes, and regulations.
- Knowledge of tax laws and compliance in the United States.
- Proficient in using Workday, UKG, ServiceNow, and Excel.
- Experience working in payroll within healthcare or a third party payroll firm.
- Prior people management experience is preferred.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to handle sensitive information.
- Effective communication skills to liaise with team members and employees.
- Amenable to work on a night shift and hybrid setup based in BGC.
